We want our non-alcoholic options to give you everything you’d expect from a premium New Zealand wine. So we go through the entire winemaking process, before we gently remove the alcohol.
We create premium full-strength New Zealand Pinot Gris, before using advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, and then the alcohol. We collect the delicate aroma and recombine it with the wine to maintain its distinctive nose.
This advanced form of distillation allows us to handle the wine gently, maintaining the integrity of our distinctive flavour palate and texture throughout the process.

We make a delicious, full-strength New Zealand Pinot Gris with the distinctive flavours and aromas loved world-wide.
Step Two
We use innovative spinning cone technology to gently distill the wine into layers:
