Surprise! That's right, we've done it again. After the sell-out launch of our alcohol-removed Sauvignon Blanc and our brand new non-alcoholic Pinot Gris, we've created yet another premium New Zealand wine... without the alcohol!
Now introducing the third wine in our non-alcoholic Giesen 0% range. We're proud to present this fresh, vibrant New Zealand Rosé with the alcohol gently removed.

How does it taste?
This alcohol-removed New Zealand Rosé boasts delicious stone fruit aromas of white peach, apple, and fresh strawberries. Those apple and stone fruit notes linger on the palate alongside crisp cranberry flavours and a lively, refreshingly dry texture. A light and fresh addition to any dinner table or social gathering!

We want our non-alcoholic options to give you everything you’d expect from a premium New Zealand wine. So we go through the entire winemaking process, before we gently remove the alcohol. Here's how we make alcohol-removed wine.
Step One
We make a delicious, full-strength New Zealand Rosé with the classic flavours we know and love.
Step Two
We use innovative spinning cone technology to gently distill the wine into layers:

Step Three
We carefully collect that delicate Rosé aroma and add it back into the body of the wine (sans alcohol!)
Step Four
We add just a touch of premium grape juice to round out the final blend. There you have it! Delish.

At just 13 calories per 100ml, a glass of Giesen 0% - New Zealand Rosé has 80% less calories than a 12.5% alc/vol wine and over 50% less sugar than many fruit juices. How’s that for a bonus?!

We select fruit from vineyards in Marlborough and Waipara to craft a full-strength wine primed to have the alcohol removed. Fruit from Marlborough adds a crispness to the wine, while Waipara delivers beautiful aromatics.
